Training Method that Fits You!

Everyone is different. This is why a personal trainer takes your individual requirements into consideration and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. I am here to give you helpful advice and help you achieve exactly what you want and at times push you beyond your own visions towards what will make you your best.

Not everyone likes to train alone. Sometimes, it is helpful to have a friend with you, so you can cheer each other on. My training methods also offer you these types of training choices, so that you can get exactly what you are looking for.

Solo


The classic training program. You are the client and I am your trainer. We can jump rope at the parks together or work out indoors or outdoors. In this type of training situation, I don’t see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. You jump for 30 minutes, I jump for 30 minutes.  You run 3 miles, I run 3 miles. That’s how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do. 

 

Semi-Private

 

The new training program.  You and two to four of your friends, family, or others with simular goals working hard together to look better naked!  Everyone can be on same page or even working towards different results.  Either way, we are here to help each individual get exactly what they came for, RESULTS!!!

Semi-Private Membership Costs (3 Month - 30 min)

With this membership you are commiting to a 3-month billing agreement.  Only at the end of the 3, 6, 12 month commitment may the client cancel or downgrade his/her membership.  Andre Coman Fitness Systems (ACFS) can upgrade the clients membership level at anytime.

 

There are NO initial joining fees, but there is a $75 REACTIVATION FEE to rejoin after prior cancelllation.  Andre Coman Fitness Systems must provide 30 days notice to the client regarding any changes in rates.

Bring a Buddy Week!

You don’t do anything without your best girlfriend/guyfriend? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside motivates some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible. So don't be selfish, share the love with friend and family on the third week of each cycle (4 weeks on, 1 week regeneration week - See Calendar)
